BERKELEY HISTORICAL RENOVATION

Historical Victorian home in Berkeley was gutted down to the studs and extensively renovated to include a fully excavated ground level floor with new foundation and retaining wall support system. The lower level addition was a key design element as it allowed for the addition of an ADU fully equipped with two bedrooms, one bathroom, expansive living area and a full sized kitchen.

A separate grand master suite was also added to this level, which connects to the primary residence. The master suite includes a large walk in closet, and bathroom with Italian marble tile and custom cabinetry. The primary residence features an inviting foyer, and large open concept design which consists of a formal living room, expansive family room, dining room, and a chef’s kitchen.

The main level was also designed to include a junior master bedroom, office with built-in custom cabinetry, a third bedroom and a third bathroom. A detached, two car garage was added and newly constructed from the ground up, and all grounds were completely hardscaped and landscaped.
