This 1880 Victorian was impacted by extensive fire and smoke damage which resulted in a necessary complete ground up rebuild. The original two unit building was converted to a four story, three unit residence complete with a rooftop deck.

Excavation of the building footprint, and reinforcement of the foundations were required to support the new four story structure. Each of the new units consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms with modern amenities.
